Have you been dreaming about setting up land?
Are you keen to learn building skills and meet souls on the path?
Are you ready to talk solutions for the problems we see in this world?
Resonance Australia was birthed from the vision of collaboration with the same goal. Learning skills that translate into: experience living on land and building dwellings that are safe and secure for those seeking a home and a place to live in harmony with nature and the changing world.
WYEE BUILD SITE
SOUL SANCTUM
Located on the boarder of Central Coast and Newcastle is a space called Soul Sanctum.
Created with community in mind this small block has been carefully planned. The owner Kylie has made sure to take into hands communicating with First Nations of the area to receive blessings to build and only taken out the bare minimum trees making sure to protect the homes of wildlife.
This lovely and humble space has been the home to our Cathedral build that started June 19th 2026.
BYRON BAY BUILD SITE
Part 1 Building Skills: What you learn
This is where is starts.
Our weekends are
a gateway into the projects plans,
how this community model works
and the skills you learn or share to be part of the change.
This is a ecosystem that acts like a healing system.

This isn’t just a workshop it’s a living and breathing model of how we can tackle:
affordable housing crisis
unschooling and child/mother support
spiritual science based results to land, structure, water and food production for optimal results
community building to heal fractures from the past old model
bonding/ connecting with other like minds and potential collaborators of the project
a blueprint to create local jobs and new systems that make the old way obsolete

Alongside these workshops, we also bring a background in land energetic regeneration, which is woven into the building process as a way of giving back to the earth. This includes working with BioGeometry principles developed by Dr Karim, supporting harmony and balance within the land itself plus other elements discussed during the weekend.
-
It can be applied in really practical ways:
Buildings & homes → shaping structures (like domes), placement, proportions
Land work → harmonising energy lines or disturbed environments
Objects → symbols, pendants, or tools designed with specific geometric ratios
Urban design → improving the energetic quality of larger environments
-
In something like your aircrete dome builds, BioGeometry adds another layer:
You’re not just building a structure
You’re creating a space that feels good to be in
And potentially supporting the land rather than just using it
It bridges practical building + subtle environmental care, which is why it resonates with community-based and regenerative projects.
Our cathedral dome workshops run regularly. Check out the link below for next date.
This is a family-friendly experience, with dedicated facilitators offering enriching activities for all ages. Each event is unique offering a mixed array of skill share from locals in the area. There may be basket weaving, land tending or permaculture, Steiner based activities and more.
If you would like to share a skill in exchange we are open to collaborations. Our model is based off community engagement. Contact us below.
Frequently Asked Questions
-
If your child is 16 and over and wishes to learn building skills they are welcome to attend and will cost a full ticket. This is easily a transferrable skill that can lead to employment should they wish to go down this path.
If your child is younger and is just floating then they are free.
We do offer child care for ages 3-7 with Star Babies. This will involve activities and for any parents involved that are coming along to learn from the apothecary, attend basket weaving and learn the network model the ticket is a $100 flat rate to cover our costs.
-
Thats ok. We are looking for like minded beings that want to eventually get onto land. With this model there will be land purchased under a trust and the business will be under a seperate trust.
Under certain zoning we are able to offer positions that allow you to live on land and be part of this network.
That means you don’t have to own land but can live on land and still get all the benefits. More details are covered at the weekend event.
-
In order to qualify to run a workshop at your place you need to attend a workshop.
That way you will receive an understanding of what setup is necessary to host an event at your space and be part of the buddy system.
Our buddy system works so that everyone has contributed at least once to some elses build and the roll over continues to new locations.
-
We run each weekend so that you learn skills and have a chance to practice what you learnt.
How this works is we cover the basics and then we offer you allocated slots that you can return to show your competent at the building site.
These slots will likely run on weekends and will have a certain capacity. It costs you nothing but once your signed off and have shown you are ready to build you will be allocated a position and paid work.
-
Building skills 1 is $400 or if you get in with the early bird we offer a 25% discount so your only paying $300.
Building skills 2 is also the same amount. So if you get in early you receive a considerable discount.
We will be running these weekends every month so that you have a chance to complete your building skills quickly. The time you allocate to come back and gain experience is up to you but as soon as your ready we have other locations ready to build in the pipeline including overseas.
Payment plans are availble if you wish to contact us.

Learning to live on the land has many other pillars. This is why we have started with an organic farm and honey keeping.
We will be teaching skills on farming, apothecary medicinal remedies, early childhood learning and much more. We are creating an across the board education system that is replicable any place and gives us skills that can be traded or bartered.
